A small team that thinks long-term
We started Sadhna Infosys in 2024 with a simple belief: most software projects fail because of miscommunication, not bad code. So we built a company around clear scope, honest estimates and small teams that own the outcome.
Today we're 15+ engineers, designers and delivery people in Kathmandu, working with companies in Nepal, the US, the UK and the UAE. We stay deliberately small — every client works directly with senior people, not a faceless account manager.
A lot of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients. We think that's the best compliment we can get.
