Terms of Service

By using the Sadhna Infosys Pvt. Ltd. website you agree to these terms. They apply to your use of the site and, where relevant, to the engagement of our services. Individual project agreements may add to or replace these terms for specific work.

We provide software development, design, cloud and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for a project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with you before work begins.

You agree to provide the information, access and feedback we reasonably need to complete your project, and to respond to requests in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may extend timelines accordingly.

Upon full payment, ownership of all deliverables produced for your project — including source code, designs and documentation — transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal processes, which we license to you for use within your project.

We keep all non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only for the purpose of our engagement. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive details.

Fees, payment schedules and billing terms are stated in the proposal or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, work starts once any deposit is received. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

We deliver work to a professional standard and will remedy defects in deliverables reported during the warranty period described in your agreement. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate a project engagement on written notice, in line with the terms of the relevant agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
