How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. Most of our work is fixed-scope — after a short discovery call we give you a fixed quote and a timeline you can rely on. If you share your budget range on the contact form, we'll tell you honestly what's realistic within it.
How long will my project take?
A typical web application takes six to twelve weeks. We work in two-week sprints, so you'll see working software early, and the final timeline never comes as a surprise at the end.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. All source code, designs and intellectual property produced for your project belong to you, and we hand everything over — including documentation and admin access — when the work is done.
What happens after launch?
We offer a support retainer covering monitoring, bug fixes and small improvements. Many clients stay with us long-term, but you're free to take the code and move to your own team at any point.
How do you work with clients in other time zones?
We're based in Kathmandu (NPT) but routinely coordinate with teams in the US, UK and the Middle East. We build in overlap hours for calls and keep everything else moving with async updates.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. It's standard practice for us — we're happy to sign an NDA before discussing your idea or any sensitive details.
